The airports provide an interest (and sometimes unexpected) twist. Good design overall. The boundaries are a bit difficult to read in spots.

I like the concept, but you have to think about strategy so that you don't get easily eliminated!

Very original...I didn't even know you could have game rules like this in a wargear map! Very fun! My only complaint is that the end game takes 2 steps when it only needs to be one.

The end game is poor. If you have been eliminated, there are way too many restrictions on how many units you can place in the spots available. You often find yourself placing units into wasted locations just because you HAVE to put them somewhere (no reserves).

The rivers make a good game dynamic. It's not just wide open borders...like in real life there are passes and crossings that become points of contention.

I really like this board. I like small games (fewer players) and this board is perfect for that. It is not just the original Risk map, he consolidated some of the countries and reduced the continent bonuses.
